🌀 Frequency matters. Everything is energy. What you tune into — fear or love, scarcity or abundance — shapes your reality more than any external circumstance
🔮 Your chakras are your tuning system. When they're blocked, you feel stuck, burned out, disconnected. When they're open and aligned, you access clarity, creativity and inner knowing
🎵 Chanting is medicine. Sound vibration is one of the fastest ways to shift your frequency — no experience needed, just willingness to show up
💫 Your inner Guru is always there. You don't need to search outside yourself for answers. The practice is learning to quiet the noise and listen within
