I am Paul Foster. I built this methodology over forty years on some of the most hazardous projects ever constructed — from a £20 billion petrochemical complex in Saudi Arabia to offshore developments in the North Sea. I have been to the funerals. I have conducted the investigations that found the near misses that were never reported. This programme is my professional answer to all of it.

Do these three things before anything else. In this order.
Step 1 — Watch Module 01: The Honest Reckoning
Go to the Classroom tab now and open Module 01.
This module contains the Culture Reality Assessment™ — 28 statements across four dimensions — and the Leadership Gap Profile — 30 statements across five dimensions of The Human Safety Gap™.
Do not skim it. Do not save it for later. Watch it tonight or first thing tomorrow morning, workbook open, pen in hand.
What you produce in Module 01 is the baseline that every subsequent module builds on. The more honest you are with it, the more precisely the programme will work for you.
Budget 45 to 60 minutes for the video and a further 45 minutes to complete the full Written Cultural Diagnosis at the end of the workbook. That document — your honest assessment of where your culture actually is right now — is the most important thing you will write in the first week.

Step 2 — Complete the Culture Reality Assessment™
Once the video is done, work through the full workbook.
Score every statement honestly. Not how you wish the culture was. Not how it looked in last quarter's audit. How it actually is on a Tuesday afternoon in Bay 7 when nobody is watching.
Your Culture Health Score and Leadership Gap Index will tell you exactly where The Human Safety Gap™ is widest in your specific culture — and which modules will produce the fastest movement for your situation.
Write the Written Cultural Diagnosis at the end. One honest paragraph. Your name on it. A date.
You will return to this document in Module 07. The distance between what you write today and where you are then — that distance is the programme.
Step 3 — Post Your Introduction in the Community
Go to the Community tab and post a short introduction in the 📌 Start Here category.
Tell us three things:
- Your role and industry
- The single biggest gap in your safety culture right now — be specific
- What crossing The Trust Threshold™ would mean for you personally
This is not a formality. The introductions in this community are where the first real work happens — because naming the gap honestly, in front of other safety professionals who understand exactly what you are describing, is itself a form of the honest reckoning that Module 01 asks of you.

The call is listed in the Calendar tab with the Zoom link. Add it to your calendar now before you forget.
Every group coaching call follows the same structure. The first 30 minutes cover the module most members are currently working through. The remaining 60 minutes are open Q&A — bring your real operational challenges, your specific cultural situations, your director conversations that are not landing. Nothing is too granular. The more specific your question, the more useful the answer — for you and for everyone else on the call.
