Natalie Beazer is a seasoned educator, advocate, and community builder with over 37 years of experience in disability services and education. As a mother of three, including two adult sons on the autism spectrum, Natalie brings deep personal insight and professional expertise to everything she does.
She has served students with disabilities across K–12 and higher education, led university disability services, and created programs like COMPASS to support autistic college students. Natalie holds degrees in Elementary Education, Deaf Studies, Special Education, and an Education Specialist degree focused on helping young adults with autism transition into college and the workforce.
Natalie is the founder of NeuroNest Collaborative, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering neurodivergent individuals and their families. Through parent coaching, targeted support, and upcoming community education programs.
