🌿 Daily Awareness Drop In
Everything is working out for you even the things that don’t feel good yet.
This morning I practiced something powerful, and I want to share it with you.
I paused…
I checked in…
And I asked my body:
“What is the smallest sensation of peace I can feel right now?”
Not perfection.
Not happiness.
Just peace.
And my body answered.
It whispered.
It softened.
It reminded me:
Your healing doesn’t begin in your mind.
Your healing begins in your body.
When you notice tension…
When you feel overwhelmed…
When your chest tightens or your stomach knots…
Pause.
Place a hand on your heart or belly.
Ask:
  • “What am I feeling inside my body?”
  • “What do I need right now?”
  • “How can I give myself 1% more softness?”
This is interoception the skill of listening inward.
The science of noticing yourself.
The foundation of nervous system RESET.
And the more you practice it,
the more agency, power, and calmness you gain in your life.
✨ You stop reacting.
✨ You start responding.
✨ You begin choosing yourself.
Take a breath with me right now.
Say it with me:
“I am safe.
I am here.
Everything is working out for me.”
