Week 3: Small Acts of Care 🤲
Yesterday, you checked in with yourself.
You asked how it felt to offer something without expecting anything back. You noticed what you usually walk past. You wondered if you want to do this again – not because you should, but because you actually want to.
Maybe you had clear answers. Maybe everything felt messy and unclear. Both are honest. Both are welcome.
Today, we do something simple.
We rest.
Not because you're tired (though maybe you are). But because small acts of care need room to settle – like water soaking into soil. If you keep stirring, nothing sinks in.
Today's invitation:
Go nowhere. Do nothing special.
Just pause for two minutes sometime today. That's all.
During those two minutes, remind yourself of this:
"I showed up. I offered something small. That was enough. I don't need to prove anything to the land – or to myself."
That's it. No questions. No actions. No watching for responses.
Just a quiet moment to let what you've done these last few days land softly inside you.
Today's practice:
Find two minutes. Breathe three times. Say the words out loud or in your heart:
"I showed up. I offered something small. That was enough."
Then go back to your day – carrying that with you like a smooth stone in your pocket.
👇 Drop 🪨💚 if you took two minutes to rest in enoughness today – even if your brain wanted to keep doing.
