Yesterday we honored the people who nourish our belonging. Today, we turn inward—because belonging isn't just about where or with whom we are. It's also about how we inhabit ourselves.
In the Blue Zones, people move naturally throughout the day—not as a chore, but as a rhythm. Gardening, walking, cooking, stretching. They live in their bodies, not just from them.
Today's Gentle Prompt:
Where in your body do you feel most at home? Most at ease? Most you?
Maybe it's:
👐 Your hands—when they're kneading dough, digging soil, holding a cup of tea
🦶 Your feet—firm on the ground, walking a familiar path
💓 Your chest—when you take that first deep breath of morning
😌 Your shoulders—when they finally let go of the day
Your practice today:
1. Pause—just once today—and notice one part of your body that feels grounded, calm, or quietly strong.
2. Thank it—a silent nod of gratitude for carrying you through this life.
