Step 1 — Pause
Take 2 minutes to breathe. Let the noise settle.
Step 2 — List
Write down the main projects or outcomes on your plate this week.
Step 3 — Define “Done”
For each, ask: What does complete look like?
Step 4 — Pick Your Big 3
Which 3 outcomes would make this a successful week if nothing else got done?
Step 5 — Post Below
Share your Big 3 in the comments.
Example:
1️⃣ Finish client proposal
2️⃣ Launch new landing page
3️⃣ Schedule next month’s calls
