Quick update and a bit of context I want to share openly.

When I first introduced the AI Offer Launchpad, it was framed as a 30-day challenge. As I started mapping it out more deeply, something became very clear to me:

This work doesn’t need 30 days. It needs focus.

Most of the real movement happens in the first few weeks, when ideas finally get structure and decisions stop dragging on. Stretching it longer actually creates more room to stall, and that’s not what this community needs.

So I reworked it into a 21-day sprint.

Same outcomes.

Same substance.

More momentum.

Same end result.

This isn’t about rushing. It’s about creating just enough pressure to move from thinking to doing without burning out or overbuilding.

If you’re wondering what’s different, here’s the honest answer:

less theory
tighter sequencing
clearer weekly milestones
more emphasis on making decisions and shipping something usable
