Software is Changing (Again) - Andrej Karpathy

This is a great general watch to better understand how software development is rapidly evolving. Great watch! It is a little technical, but I feel its is important for all entrepreneurs and leaders to understand all of this (ask ChatGPT to explain any topics you didn't grasp). Very well presented by one of the leaders in AI.

One thing that Andrej wasn't saying, possibly because he was speaking to a room full of software development graduates, is that I do believe a rapid take-off is approaching soon and a lot of developers will be forced to transition their careers to new fields... as these agents take over.
