Best Place to find AI Developers ?
I'm and Engineer and Compsci guy from the 90s who hasn't built tech since the Dot Com days. It feels like that time is upon us again but at hyper speed. At 52 and many businesses later, I feel my expertise is better focused on the validating ideas in the market vs coding / dev work (Please let me know if I this makes sense). I currently have a Digital Marketing Agency focused on Lead Generation in two niches. I'm considering looking for a developer to work / partner with. Where would recommend searching for a developer to help support me getting things / ideas that I have in mind, into creation, and validated in the market, without me being the bottle neck. What do you recommend I look for in this person ? What do you recommend as foundational tools / concepts I should know to compliment the work I'd have them do ? Appreciate your support. Thanks.
