STEP 1: THE REACH AUDIT
Upload your Professional Dashboard screenshot and Content Insights screenshots and paste this prompt:

Upload your 90-day content boards sorted by views, shares and accounts reached and paste this prompt:
"Look at my top performing content across views, shares and accounts reached. I am an affiliate for [PRODUCT] which solves [PROBLEM IT SOLVES] for [TARGET AUDIENCE].
Tell me: 1. What themes or topics are driving the most shares — shares mean people are sending this to someone specific 2. What is the gap between my top performing content and my affiliate product 3.
Which of my content pillars is closest to my affiliate offer 4. What content am I NOT making that would directly bridge my audience to my affiliate product 5. Give me 3 specific Reel concepts that connect my highest performing content themes directly to my affiliate offer"
STEP 3: THE BIO AUDIT
Upload your profile/bio screenshot and paste this prompt:
"Audit my Instagram bio for ..... conversion. My ...... product is [PRODUCT]. My target audience is [DESCRIBE THEM]. My comment trigger keyword is [KEYWORD] and it sends people a DM with a link to [PRODUCT].
Tell me: 1. Does my bio clearly signal what problem I solve 2. Is there a reason to tap my link — what would make someone click 3. STEP 4: THE MANYCHAT FUNNEL AUDIT
Screenshot your ManyChat sequence copy and metrics and paste this prompt:
"Audit my ManyChat DM sequence for .... conversion. Here are my current metrics: [PASTE YOUR SENDS / CLICKS / CTR]. Here is what my DM sequence currently says: [PASTE DM 1 COPY] [PASTE FOLLOW UP DM COPY]. My affiliate product is [PRODUCT] and it costs [PRICE]. There is a [FREE TRIAL / NO FREE TRIAL].
Tell me: 1. Where is the biggest drop off in my sequence 2. Is my CTR good bad or average for a DM sequence 3. What objection is my follow up DM failing to address 4. Rewrite both DMs in a personal first person voice that bridges my story to the product without sounding like a pitch 5. What is the ONE thing I should change today for the fastest conversion improvement"
STEP 5: THE CONTENT TO CONVERSION BRIDGE
Paste this prompt after completing steps 1-4:
"Based on everything we have analyzed — my reach, my content patterns, my bio and my ManyChat sequence — I need to build content that specifically drives conversions not just views.
My product is [PRODUCT]. It solves [PROBLEM] for [AUDIENCE]. My comment trigger is [KEYWORD].
Here are my real personal stories and experiences related to this problem: [SHARE YOUR ACTUAL STORIES — be specific, the more detail the better]

THE MONTHLY AUDIT CHECKLIST:
Run this every 30 days:
- What are my top 5 Reels by views this month
- What are my top 5 Reels by shares this month
- How many comment trigger activations did I get
- What is my DM click through rate
- How many affiliate conversions did I get
- What is the gap between triggers and conversions
- What content drove the most triggers
- What needs to change in my bio
- What needs to change in my DM copy
- What is my one priority content piece next month
