Today we are focusing on something that affects everything in your life—your nervous system.
Your nervous system controls how you respond to stress, fear, emotions, and even how your body heals.
There are two main states I want you to understand today:
✨ 1. Survival Mode (Fight, Flight, Freeze)This is when your body feels unsafe.
Signs:
  • Anxiety or overthinking
  • Irritation or anger
  • Feeling stuck or unmotivated
  • Trouble sleeping
  • Body tension or pain
When you live here too long, your body stays in stress.
✨ 2. Regulation Mode (Rest & Restore)This is where healing happens.
Signs:
  • Calm mind
  • Clear thinking
  • Better sleep
  • Emotional balance
  • Body feels lighter
🌬️ Practice for Today (Do This Together or Assign It):
Breathwork Reset (3 minutes):
  • Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds
  • Hold for 4 seconds
  • Exhale slowly through your mouth for 6 seconds
  • Repeat 5–10 times
👉 This tells your body: “I am safe.”
