Quick update...
The team has been working day and night on some exciting new features. To share a few (but not all):
- New Agent dashboard analytics
- Radar - search for leads and enriched data for your campaigns (great for B2B)
- Customer support tickets
- Reputation management with its own dedicated dashboard
- WORKFLOW STUDIO - super-power your agents with more complex workflow logic
Lots of videos being prepared to demo these features.
