Crystals and Stones I Recommend - #9 - Blue Apatite
I've been working with stones and crystals for a long time. I'm often asked what stones and crystals I recommend. In this series, I'm providing my top 10 recommendations.
We've talked about Clear Quartz, Black Tourmaline, Smoky Quartz, Amethyst, Tiger's Eye, Charoite, Citrine, and Fluorite. Next up, Blue Apatite.
Apatite is a softer mineral that comes in multiple colors including golden, blue, and even clear. For this, I'm focusing on Blue Apatite.
From a metaphysical perspective, Blue Apatite is a stone of communication, intellect, and manifestation.
- It is great for manifesting the clear expression of your truth.
- It helps communication clearly, especially when you aren't sure what you need to say.
- It is associated to intuition and insight.
- It is also great for appetite suppression and boosting metabolism.
How to use Blue Apatite:
- Hold it during meditation to clarify your manifestation.
- Wear it as jewelry.
- Keep a piece of it near you or on you when you are working on your creativity..
- If using for appetite suppression or boosting metabolism, keep a piece near your food preparation and on you while you eat.
‼️Don't eat it.
Combining Blue Apatite with Other Stones:
- Clear Quartz combines with Blue Apatite to enhance mental sharpness.
- Rose Quartz combines with Blue Apatite for heartfelt communication.
- Sodalite combines with Blue Apatite to process information, clarify confusion, and speak with wisdom.
- Black Tourmaline combines with Blue Apatite to help detoxify and stabilize the physical body while maintaining focus on healthy lifestyle/physical changes.
‼️Note on Blue Apatite and jewelry. Apatite, while being gorgeous, is a softer stone. As such, it isn't the best for jewelry. It can chip or scratch easily.
