Crystals and Stones I Recommend - #8 - Flourite
I've been working with stones and crystals for a long time. I'm often asked what stones and crystals I recommend. In this series, I'm providing my top 10 recommendations.
We've talked about Clear Quartz, Black Tourmaline, Smoky Quartz, Amethyst, Tiger's Eye, Charoite, and Citrine. Next up, Fluorite.
Fluorite is mineral that comes in pretty much every color and can be multi-colored or colorless. Fluorite is a softer stone and can easily be scratched or broken or cleaved.
From a metaphysical perspective, Fluorite is often referred to as the 'Genius Stone' for its mental and energetic properties.
- It is great for clarity and focus. It helps clear brain fog.
- It helps with concentration and decision-making.
- It is a powerful aura cleanser and helps neutralize negative energy, stress, and environmental pollution.
- It can provide a protective shield against psychic manipulation.
- It helps with balance and harmony.
- It helps stimulate intuition and connection to higher planes of consciousness.
How to use Fluorite:
- Hold it during meditation to quiet chaos.
- Place it against the back of your head just above the neck to hang up connections that do not support you.
⭐This temporarily disconnects this energy.
3. Use this to help with learning and study by placing a chunk on your desk or work space.
4. Helps align chakras by placing the fluorite on the corresponding chakra.
🟣Purple is associated to crown and third eye chakras. This enhances spiritual awareness, intuition, and peace.
🔵Blue is associated to the throat chakra. It helps bring clear and honest communication, as well as rational thought.
🟢Green is associated to the throat chakra. It helps bring emotional healing.
🟡Is associated to the solar plexus chakra. It helps boost creativity and personal power.
🌈Multicolor fluorite can combine any colors, though is most likely green, purple, and blue. This combination helps with multiple chakras.
Combining Fluorite with Other Stones:
- Clear Quartz combines to amplify Fluorite and boosts clarity and mental focus.
- Sodalite combines with Fluorite to enhance rational thought, logic, and clear communication.
3. Black Tourmaline combines with Fluorite to create a powerful protection that grounds and shields the energy field, while ensuring mental clarity is free of negative external influences.
4. Rhodonite combines with Fluorite to provide a stable emotional base and helps act with purpose and patience.
‼️Note on Fluorite and jewelry. Fluorite, while being gorgeous, is a softer stone. As such, it isn't the best for jewelry. It can chip or scratch easily.
