Today it's important to look for strength in yourself. Clear away all the static and cobwebs and confusion to find a truth, perhaps THE truth. Go all in on yourself, not from a 'i need to change, i need to accommodate, i need to be for others', but from a 'I need to be authentic to myself and for myself'. See if that intention changes how things work for you.
In addition, it's time to strip something to it's bones. It isn't what you've made it to be and you need to see something for what it is, rather than what it has been confabulated to be. Even if that something is you or a persona you've created for yourself.
And for those squishy squishy emotions, they love you. There's a truth in that love that will sustain and provide a strength and safety beyond your wildest dreams. IF you allow it. That's the key.
