Today there may be something that you feel like you aren't doing right. Whatever this is, you just feel like you can't get it to go your way. Take a step back. Maybe just maybe you are doing this right. Maybe you just need to stop listening to those who say that you aren't.
In addition, you may be reminded of something or someone that doesn't really get you and doesn't really move your life where you want it. Remember, you can navigate around them. It is more than possible. Don't get sucked into old patterns and behaviors.
And for those squishy squishy emotions, be careful of sacrificing yourself for someone who doesn't deserve it. You may be asked to give up more than you are comfortable or that may put you into an unwise or precarious position. You don't have to do that.
