I am building Changing Your Mind Ltd to be a mentoring and emotional‑capacity brand that helps female entrepreneurs lead, sell, and grow with clarity, confidence, and grounded authority using my B.L.A.S.T.™ Philosophy.

Who is it for?

Purpose‑led female entrepreneurs, coaches, and creatives who are smart and capable but keep hitting emotional ceilings that strategy alone cannot shift.

Why does it exist?

Because most entrepreneurs do not have a strategy problem as they are commonly led to believe, they have an emotional capacity problem. I help them regulate, recalibrate, and rise so their business becomes sustainable, aligned, and genuinely theirs, not running it how they think others want them to.
