'Brace your core' means nothing if you have pelvic dysfunction. More squeezing is usually not the answer.
If you are anything like me - I do it all.
But what happens when you get told can't or you shouldn't run, you can't perform at that level, or lift that weight. What then. ?
It might be your age, it might be the hormones, but it also might not be, and regardless what I will teach you will help, and hopefully get rid of symptoms or the need for surgery altogether.
