Looking for Co-GP (10–30 Units)
Hi everyone —
I’m looking to connect with experienced operators active in small multifamily syndications (roughly 10–30 units) to explore potential co-GP alignment on future deals.
an experienced GP/sponsor with balance sheet and lending relationships, and/or
an equity partner who prefers to participate at the GP level rather than as a passive LP.
