Hope everyone is well. I’m currently working on several off-market multifamily opportunities under 40 units. These aren’t the type of deals my larger sponsor groups typically take on, but I know they can still be great fits for smaller partnerships or active operators looking to scale.
I’m primarily focused TN, NC, SC, GA and Florida markets and always open to collaborating with serious investors, operators, or boots-on-the-ground partners who want to team up on these types of opportunities.
