Focused striking movements
So every week I choose one strike or movement to focus on for my four day training routine. Each movement gets 30 mins of focus, technique, speed, power, form, static, dynamic. I started with the Jab followed by cross, lead hook, then rear hook. This week is lead uppercut followed by rear uppercut next week. In your opinion, what should come next?
