Hand examination
Hi all
I have a question about the hand examination, regarding testing the abductor pollicis brevis , I didn’t see it in your video, is it necessary or not ?
Abductor pollicis brevis test :
I will ask the patient to put their hand where palm is facing up , then ask the patient to raise their thumb ( to face the ceiling) , then I apply resistance. To test median nerve function.
