Help understanding CAD?
I know my way around an engine and can do wiring but in the world of design and fabrication I am about as green as it gets. My engine blew in my car and I’m taking the opportunity to learn fabrication by making a track toy by designing everything in CAD, welding my own tube frame chassis, use parts from the car, etc. I expect a large learning curve… how do I figure out where to start in terms of learning how to use CAD, what programs to use, and getting materials?
