This is a sacred, supportive space for mothers whose adult children have gone no contact. This path can feel heartbreaking, confusing, and deeply lonely, especially because it is rarely acknowledged or understood.
This community was created to offer presence, compassion, and connection. There is no fixing or forcing here. We honor the love that remains, the grief that arises, and the deep humanity of this experience.
You are welcome exactly as you are. You may share, listen, reflect, or simply rest in the knowing that you are not alone. This is a space to reconnect with yourself, find steadiness during difficult seasons, and be gently held by others who understand.
This is a peer support community, not therapy. Our intention is to create a respectful, heart-centered container where dignity, self-compassion, and healing presence come first.
