1. What Didn’t Work

Campaigns that failed-campaigns,typeform, these are good but it wasn’t for me.
Automations that broke-GHL that made me pay for voicemail that cost 997 a month. That was the cheapest one.
Tools that slowed things down-really my wifi was the only thing slowing me down.
Offers that didn’t convert-offers that I wrote my own self but didn’t work. Telling people on TikTok to go to my linktree and me getting 11.2k views and it not work.
Things I used to waste time on- watching videos that don’t make no sense to me and then thinking I can learn but instead find out I wasted my time.

2. What Actually Worked

The strategies that finally clicked-. Niche down to who I want to work with. Like real estate people.
The automations that produced results-blotatoe,GHL,Perplexity
Tools that saved time-GHL,N8N
Processes that increased revenues learned meta ads and Google ads.
The systems I now use every day-ChatGPT server with Canva and blotatoe and GHL

3. Notes From My Calendar

Days I tested- I would text free 30 day plans to learn.
Days I messed up- I could have all used the time at same time.
Days I rebuilt everything-when I had to purchase the products that works together to build greatness.
Days I hit breakthroughs-the days was when I started to get paid for my business.
Days I documented new workflows- I documented the days that worked and the time with the business I paid for.

4. Notes From My Notepad- I still have the notes in my notepads. The links to each Claude,ChatGPT,API keys,offers,websites,phone numbers. Much more also.
