Good day! Have you done your daily mindfulness practice? Quick! Let's do it in just 10-20 seconds.
Stop what you're doing. Close your phone, and once you finish reading this, close your laptop as well. Take ten slow deep breaths. For the first five breaths, pay attention to how the air feels coming in and going out and notice any sensation around the body, be them external or internal, relaxing or tensing. Upon the 5th breath, in your mind, say "None of these feelings are my own. I am the witness, not the thinker." Then finish the last 5 breaths with the goal of not responding/ignoring every sensation you just noticed in the first five breaths.
Viola! You're all done until later! Remember to do some form of mindfulness training at least twice a day if you want to grow your abilities with chaos magic. First thing in the morning is best!
