Developing the habit and mindset of gratitude is a game changer. My coach baked it into everything she did with all her clients. To be grateful is to be generous. Being grateful in all you do is generative and will help displace the thinking of thoughts that scare you, which brings into being what we don’t want.
Instead, focus on what you can be grateful for.
