I’m in a transition right now.
Not dramatic.
Not chaotic.
Just… in between.
That space where you’re no longer who you were —
but not fully standing in who you’re becoming.
It’s quiet here.
I’m noticing how different I move.
How I respond.
What I tolerate.
What I don’t.
The in-between is interesting because nothing looks “big” on the outside… but everything is shifting underneath.
And I’ve realized something.
When you’re in transition, the smallest external shifts matter more than ever.
How you dress.
How you show up.
How you speak about yourself.
Where you place your body.
What rooms you allow yourself in.
It’s subtle, but it’s powerful.
Sometimes you don’t think your way into the next version.
You step into her first — and your nervous system catches up.
That’s where I am right now.
Not forcing.
Not rushing.
Just choosing, moving, correcting in real time.
If you’re in your own in-between space… you’re not behind.
You’re becoming.
And sometimes the outside shift is what steadies the inside.
