The quick personal story from my side is after like 5 years of being stuck in Haiti, my dad (66) finally came to visit last October 2024 and when we did a workout together, it was kinda embarrassing... he totally kicked my butt when it came to keeping up with his flexibility & movement routine 😅. Since then, I’ve been working on that to the point where I even started working out with my mom (62) on her mobility and general functional movement, which as a nurse doing 10-12 hour shifts, you can only imagine how I love seeing how happier she is dancing all over the place now haha.
