Looking to Partner with a Private Money Lender

Hey everyone, I know this is a long shot, but I’m looking to build a relationship with a Private Money Lender (individual, not a PML/HML company) that lend on Mobile Homes. I frequently receive Seller Leads organically from Google looking to Sell their Mobile Homes with or without Land. Although, I have a pretty solid list of PML lenders for SFH/MFH, none of them currently lend on mobile homes, which I can understand. If, by chance, anyone lends on Mobile Homes please send me a DM and I’ll send along a deal that just came across my desk. Thanks in advance for any help anyone can provide.
