Hi - Happy to be here. My name is Tracy. I'm based in CA in the San Francisco Bay Area. I'm looking to buy my first mobile home park. I've been at this a while, but haven't found the right park yet. I'm looking in the Midwest and parts of the South East (Atlanta, North Carolina, South Carolina). I've been mainly calling brokers, but want to shift my focus to cold calling. I'd love to gain some insight from those of you who have been cold calling regarding what works, what doesn't and how to maximize your time. Also, if anyone has been successful using Chatgpt to create call lists and is willing to share that would be fantastic.
