Hello from SE Alabama!
My name is Jen, I am an aspiring MHP developer. Yes, I could buy a park that is already in place! Absolutely, and I likely will down the road. But my community desperately needs affordable housing and I have the opportunity to provide that. So I'm jumping in with both feet!
I'm here hoping to leatn more about all things financing, opperations, and eventually selling. You don't know what you dont know. Thats why masterminds and community are so important!
