2025 was a big year
Closed on 9 parks with over 460 lots. Crossed the 1k lot mark. Sold a lagging park for a 44% profit not including cash flow in 18 months. Completed my first 1031. Hired several pieces for my virtual family office. Took much needed and deserved time away. Went to seco. Made many new valuable and meaningful contacts.
