🚢 THIS WEEK’S CHALLENGE: SHIP SOMETHING EVERY DAY
One of the biggest lessons I want you to learn about building a business with AI is this:
Stop waiting until it’s perfect. SHIP IT
This week inside The Mis-Education of AI, we’re applying a principle inspired by The Lean Startup:
BUILD → SHIP → LEARN → IMPROVE → REPEAT
AI gives us an advantage previous generations of entrepreneurs didn’t have.
You can take an idea in your head this morning and turn it into something usable, testable, or sellable today.
But there’s a catch:
AI can help you create faster, but you still have to hit SEND, POST, PUBLISH, or LAUNCH.
🎯 THE SHIPPING WEEK CHALLENGE
For the next 5 days, I want you to ship ONE thing every day.
It doesn’t have to be huge.
Your goal is not perfection.
Your goal is OUTPUT + FEEDBACK + IMPROVEMENT.
Here are three categories you can choose from:
📣 MARKETING
Ship something that helps people discover or understand your business.
Examples:
• Social media post
• 60-second video
• Email to your customers
• Lead magnet
• Sales page
• New offer
• Customer follow-up campaign
⚙️ OPERATIONS
Ship something that makes your business easier to operate.
Examples:
• SOP
• Customer onboarding checklist
• Email template
• Sales script
• FAQ document
• Workflow
• Internal training guide

Create something you or your customers can actually use.
Examples:
• AI prompt
• Calculator
• Assessment
• Checklist
• Worksheet
• Custom GPT
• Template

🤖 USE AI AS YOUR SHIPPING PARTNER
Here are 6 prompts to get you moving today:
PROMPT #1: FIND SOMETHING TO SHIP
“Act as my business strategist. My business is [DESCRIBE BUSINESS] and my customers are [DESCRIBE CUSTOMER]. Give me 10 small but valuable things I could create with AI and ship to my audience today. Prioritize ideas I can complete in 60 minutes or less.”
PROMPT #2: CREATE A MARKETING ASSET
“Act as my marketing strategist. Create one piece of marketing content for [BUSINESS] designed to help [AUDIENCE] solve [PROBLEM]. Give me a strong hook, valuable content, and one clear call to action. Make it ready to publish today.”
PROMPT #3: BUILD AN SOP
“Act as an operations consultant. Turn this process into a simple step-by-step SOP that someone else could follow without me explaining it: [DESCRIBE PROCESS]. Identify anything that could potentially be automated with AI.”
PROMPT #4: CREATE A CUSTOMER TOOL
“Act as a product designer. Create a simple tool, checklist, worksheet, assessment, or template that would help my customers achieve [RESULT]. It should provide immediate value and be simple enough to use without additional training.”
PROMPT #5: TURN YOUR EXPERTISE INTO A PRODUCT
“Interview me about something I know how to do well. Ask me one question at a time until you have enough information to turn my knowledge into a small digital product, guide, checklist, template, or framework that I could ship this week.”
PROMPT #6: SHIP WHAT YOU’VE BEEN SITTING ON
“I have been delaying this idea: [IDEA]. Help me create the smallest valuable version I could ship TODAY. Remove anything that isn’t necessary for version one. Give me a 60-minute execution plan to get it finished and published.”

Don’t spend today watching another 15 videos about AI.
BUILD SOMETHING.
Then ship it.
Because you don’t build a business from what you know.
You build a business from what you execute.
Your experience + AI + consistent execution can become an incredibly powerful combination.
