🧠 Installing Arch 👾 (Day 3)

hello everyone! 👋

These past couple of days I focused on making arch my home. I set up my daily-driver environment so i can start working on real DevOps projects instead of just learning commands in isolation.

what i did:

finalized the desktop setup (kde plasma/omarchy for the memes + hyprland tweaks) so everything feels fast on 4 GB ram
mirrored my mac environment: same folders, obsidian vault, aliases, and shortcuts
installed my core toolchain: docker, git, zed.dev, obsidian, and a few utilities for scripting
tested the machine with a tiny “hello container” to confirm docker daemon and permissions

Arch revived my old machine in a way Windows couldn’t!!!
