Level 4: Mental stability completely settles - thoughts still flow but no longer rage wild
Level 5: Mind becomes tamed - you master concentration and gain liberating insights
Level 6: Mind is pacified - you experience clear recognition of what disturbs your peace
Level 7: Mind completely pacified - you eliminate even the most persistent obstacles
Level 8: One-pointed focus - your mind settles like a mountain, mostly effortless
Level 9: Total balance - spontaneous, effortless peace. You become unf*ckwithable.
At this final level, you ride the elephant of the trained mind. The illusions and fears of the world no longer touch you. You're in this world, but not of it—an enlightened, liberated, sovereign being.
