Yesterday marked the beginning of my internal healing journey. I started the morning with a simple 10–15 minute meditation, letting my breath guide me into a calmer space. I put on some positive‑vibe music, listened to Mel Robbins and Dr. Gabor Maté, and something shifted. I felt grounded, clear, and energized throughout the entire day.
In the evening, I took it a step further and tried a Chakra therapy session. It’s a holistic practice focused on balancing the seven main energy centers in the body. Through meditation, sound healing, and other gentle techniques, it aims to clear emotional and energetic blockages along the spine. And honestly, I could feel something opening up inside me.
I’m grateful to the universe for this opportunity. It feels like the beginning of a mindset rebirth—like I’m reconnecting with myself in a way I’ve been needing for a long time.
