Lesson 9: Manifestation, Frequency, and Alignment ✨
Everyone has probably heard the phrase, "Your vibe attacts your tribe." Well, today we are deep diving into our natural "vibration" to see if it's aligned with the life we want to live. At the end of the day, if you are not a vibrational match for the life you want, you will not attract it to yourself. Manifestation is not simply wishing for things. It is not laziness. It is not fantasy. And it is not believing the universe magically hands people things without effort. Real manifestation begins internally. It is about becoming energetically aligned with the life you desire. Everything in existence carries energy and frequency, including human beings. Your thoughts, emotions, beliefs, habits, and the way you see yourself all influence the frequency you operate on daily. Many people unknowingly block the very things they desire because deep down they do not truly believe they are worthy of receiving them. You cannot continuously affirm: “I am abundant.” while internally believing: “I will never have enough.” The body, mind, and spirit must begin moving into alignment. ✨ YOU ATTRACT WHAT YOU BELIEVE YOU CAN RECEIVE One of the most powerful shifts a person can make is moving from: “I hope this happens for me someday” to: “I know this life is meant for me.” That does not mean arrogance or entitlement. It means deep internal belief. When you truly believe something is possible for you at your core, you begin thinking differently, acting differently, carrying yourself differently, and making decisions from a completely different state of being. You stop operating from fear and scarcity. You begin operating from trust, intention, gratitude, and alignment. That is when opportunities begin appearing. 🌿 JESUS TAUGHT THIS TOO Even in scripture, this idea appears repeatedly. Jesus said: “Whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.” This teaching points toward faith, trust, and energetic certainty. Not desperation. Not begging. Not fear.

Lesson 8: Grounding Yourself in the Present Moment 🌿
One of the most important things to understand while trying to improve your life is this: ~The present moment is the only moment you can truly do anything with.~ Many people spend most of their lives either: - worrying about the future or - replaying the past Meanwhile, the present moment quietly slips away. Yes, it is important to dream, plan, grow, and work toward a better future. But if we become so focused on “becoming” someone else someday, we forget to actually experience life as it is happening right now. Life is happening NOW. Not five years from now. Not once you make more money. Not once everything is perfect. Not once you “finally figure it all out.” Right now. That is why grounding yourself in the present moment is so important. Grounding helps calm the nervous system, reduce anxiety, improve clarity, and reconnect you to your own life. One of the biggest traps people fall into is believing: “I’ll allow myself to be happy once I achieve ____.” But true peace is learned and practiced in the present moment. If you never learn to appreciate life now, it becomes very difficult to appreciate it later. 🌱 SIMPLE WAYS TO GROUND YOURSELF 🫁 Conscious Breathing Slow your breathing intentionally. Take deep breaths. Notice the air entering and leaving your body. 🌎 Connect with Nature Go outside. Feel the sun, the wind, the earth beneath your feet. Nature has a powerful way of bringing us back to the present. 🙏 Practice Gratitude Instead of focusing only on what is missing, take time to recognize what is already beautiful in your life. 🧘 Meditation & Stillness Spend a few moments sitting quietly without distractions. Observe your thoughts instead of becoming consumed by them. 🎶 Enjoy Small Moments Music Art A warm drink. A conversation. A sunset. A walk. A good meal. Tiny moments are what life is made of. Remember: Growth and gratitude can exist together. You can strive for a better future while still appreciating the life you currently have. That balance is extremely important.

Lesson 5: Your Ideal Life
I want to run through a visualization exercise with everyone in the group. I want everyone to picture their ideal life. No obstacles or reasons why it can't happen. Just simply, if you had zero limitations, what would your life look like in every aspect? Where would you live? Who would you live with? What kind of house would you have? What would you do for a living and how much would you be earning? What would your day to day look like? What would you look like in your peak physical health? How would you feel? Think of every aspect of your life and how you wish it could be, even things I did not ask about. When you think you have a pretty good idea of what your ideal life would be like, I want you to write down every aspect that comes to mind. Write as much down as you can. This exercise is an extremely powerful manifestation tool. If you can visualize where you want to go, you can begin to take the actionable steps you need to get there. If you don't know where you want to go, it's easy to drift into a life you never intentionally chose. Visualization is one of the most powerful tools you can use because the mind moves toward what it consistently focuses on. When you become clear about the life you truly want, your decisions, habits, energy, and actions slowly begin aligning with that vision. ~Manifestation is not just sitting around wishing for things to happen. It is creating such a clear vision for your future that you begin naturally moving in that direction.~ Your thoughts shape your beliefs. Your beliefs shape your actions. Your actions shape your reality. For today's lesson, I want each person to really reflect on these questions. Remember, there are no right or wrong answers. Everyone is extremely unique from one person to the next. Your uniqueness is what makes you valuable. The trick is finding out who YOU are 🪷 Homework: Get out a sheet of paper, and write down your visualizations for the following area of your life: My Ideal: 1. Home  2. Environment 3. Health 4. Relationships 5. Income 6. Career/Business 7. Travel/Lifestyle 8. Daily Routine 9. Emotional State
