the power of apparently influencing the course of events by using mysterious or supernatural forces.

In this class, we examine who/what we have been most fascinated/influenced by since we were children. What filled us with wonder? What inspired our awe?💭

Our childhood fascinations give us clues about the spiritual language(s) we are called to learn and teach. But we have to be mindful of the source of influence, and its intent. Does our fascination produce more life and freedom, or more involuntary restriction and addiction?

We also discuss the role of music and entertainment on addiction (alcohol, sex), and how we have the power to reverse the magic of harmful substances and dangerous cravings. Some call these destructive desires "dark magic."
