Lately I've been thinking about something...
How do people actually get out of their own way when they hit a mental stall?
You know those days where nothing is necessarily wrong, but everything feels heavy? You look at your to-do list and suddenly your business, your health, your house, your finances, and your personal life all feel like they're demanding your attention at the same time.
I've noticed that when this happens, my brain tries to solve everything at once... and ironically, that's when I end up doing the least.
I'm starting to wonder if the answer isn't trying harder, but thinking smaller.
Instead of asking: "How do I fix my whole life?"
Maybe the better question is: "What's one thing I can make 1% better today?"
For those of you building a business or working toward a big goal...
What helps you get unstuck when your mind wants to freeze?
I'd genuinely love to hear what works for you.
