How much would you recommend saving before you buy your first property?
I currently have about $15,000 saved up and will be joining the Space Force soon, just waiting on my ship out date. I’m planning to stay in for only four years and was wondering how much I should aim to save if I want to purchase a property. Also, when would be the best time to buy? I’ve heard it might not be feasible as an E-1, so I’d appreciate any advice.
