If you've ever shown up to a local running club and felt like you didn't quite fit, you're in the right place.
I'm Brian, and I started running over a decade ago at 43. My first marathon attempt ended with me getting swept at mile 22. I know what it feels like to wonder if you're too old, too slow, or too far behind. Spoiler: you're not.
This community is for runners who train alone - squeezing miles in wherever they fit. We're not trying to keep up with the pack. We're running our own race.
But that doesn't mean we have to figure it all out by ourselves.
Here, you'll find a judgment-free space to ask questions, share your struggles and wins, and learn from others navigating the same challenges - training with a full-time job, managing injuries that take longer to heal, and accepting that our pace is our pace.
Inside, you'll get access to free training resources, real talk about what running actually looks like in midlife, and a community of people who understand that finishing is winning.
