Pull Ups
Cable Pull Downs (wide grip, then narrow from kneeling)
Wednesday — Chest & Triceps
Incline Bench Press
PressFlat Dumbbell Press
Cable Pushdown variations(including Samurai Sword pulls)
Thursday — Hamstrings, Glutes & Calves
Single-Leg Hamstring Cable Curls
Single-Leg Glute Cable SwingsStanding
Calf Raises
RDL variation
Saturday Morning (occasionally)
