Submissions from external companies
Scenario- multiple companies submitting sensitive data into main companies data store once a day.
Each company must be able to access their own submissions but no-one else's.
There should be an easy to maintain onboarding model and strict RBAC policies.
Once the data is ingested, there should be only one copy.
