Steps to build Deployment pipeline for notebook and lakehouse

Hey All,

Recently I have faced a challenge while deploying notebook and lakehouse to different workspace. Challenge was, though the items were getting deployed but the notebook was not connecting properly to the newly created lakehouse in other workspace.
