Refresh semantic model credentials

Hi guys, may I have your help again 😊

I have a Warehouse in my Fabric workspace. Then I build a Power BI report on it via import mode in Power BI Desktop. Then I publish this report to the same workspace.

I thought I wouldn't have to configure any specific connection because the semantic model and report are in the same workspace. But when trying to refresh the semantic model, it fails with an error for missing credentials on the data source. There is just this one data source in the report.

Even when I then try to establish a connection with the user and password with which I am logged in into the workspace, that doesn't work (it says wrong credentials).

What do I have to do and why is it not working? Do I have to add my user account somehow to the data warehouse? Or create a service principal?
