Invoke Pipeline from another workspace

From the Learn Microsoft page, it shows that you can invoke a pipeline from another workspace, but when I try and use the Invoke Pipeline, I can only see pipelines in my current workspace. I don't even see a connection or workspace option. Invoke Pipeline still shows as in preview for me, is this possibly functionality that will exist post preview? I only see options like in the second screen shot where you can only select pipelines that exist in the current workspace. (Thanks for the help)
