Fabric Career Strategy
As a solution architect with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, I would like to move into the Fabric area. However, it is not as practical at my stage to pursue certifications one by one, compared to when I was younger. I would like to raise a discussion about managing a career path focused on Microsoft products (Fabric, and Copilot, M365, D365, etc.) without necessarily pursuing certifications.
What are the most effective paths to move forward in developing expertise and advancing in this direction?
