High protein & high fiber pancakes
I used the same recipe as for the cookies that I recently shared to make those pancakes. Those will be my go to's for the next few days: Ingredients - 30g vanilla plant-based protein powder - 20g whole grain flour - 1 medium banana - 100g canned cannellini beans, rinsed and drained - 15g ground flaxseeds - 20g dark chocolate, chopped into chunks - Β½ tsp baking powder - 1 tsp sweetener of choice (e.g., erythritol, stevia, or maple syrup) Instructions - Blend all ingredients except the chocolate until smooth. Fold the chocolate in half. - Cook 6 pancakes in a non-stick pan over medium-low heat, adding the remaining chocolate on top. - Flip after 2–3 minutes and cook for 1–2 more minutes until golden.

I love to run. Way more then resistance training. So for me itβ€˜s not really hard to go for a run - doesnβ€˜t matter how early, late, hot, humid, etc. If you pick a form of exercise you like, youβ€˜ll stick to it. What is your favorite type of exercise?
